Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to chart review training sessions booked with Nodepathcore. It covers workshops, intensives, group momentum sessions, and private mentorship.
Cancellation by you
- More than 21 days before start: Full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated at booking.
- 14–21 days before start: 50% refund of fees paid beyond the deposit.
- Less than 14 days before start: No refund except at our discretion or as required by consumer law for distance contracts where applicable.
For the Advanced Chart Review Intensive, the £200 deposit is non-refundable within 14 days of the start date as stated at booking.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days before the session and subject to availability. Further changes incur a £35 administrative fee. Rescheduled sessions must occur within six months of the original date.
No-shows
Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the session fee. For mentorship blocks, a missed session without 48 hours' notice counts as used unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We are not liable for travel costs you may have incurred.
Partial refunds
If you leave an intensive after day one due to serious illness or bereavement, contact us with documentation. We may offer a partial credit toward a future session rather than a cash refund, assessed case by case.
Non-refundable items
- Printed materials already dispatched to you
- Deposits within the 14-day window stated above
- Mentorship sessions marked complete after delivery
- Administrative reschedule fees
Work already started
Pre-session chart review we perform on submitted materials is included in the session fee. If you cancel after we have completed pre-review within 7 days of start, the deposit is retained to cover preparation time.
Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take additional clearing days.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. Training booked at a distance may include a 14-day cooling-off period where applicable; if you attend a session during that period with your express request, the right to cancel may be waived for the portion delivered.
